After School Programs~

Bounce Fitness offers structured after school programs are provided to give children an extracurricular activity with a variety of activities to keep young minds and bodies intrigued in being active. Activities including dance, cheerleading and organized sports are offered year round.

Youth Creative Movement Class~

This dance class is a fusion of ballet, modern, jazz and hip hop. We look forward to giving children an opportunity to express themselves. Open to children of all ages. Classes are held every Saturday 12noon- 1pm. 4 week sessions are offered to save money. Click Here to register.

Recreational Cheerleading Program~

This program is designed to give the basics and fundamentals of motions, stunts, and tumbling. If you have an existing squad that would like to improve, or you are interested in starting a new squad we can help. We offer instruction to all ages and levels of skill.

A cheer clinic is offered annually to individuals who want to gain skill or knowledge, teams are also invited to improve on existing material. A great way to meet new friends, learn new things and have fun!

Personal Training~

Are you not getting the results you want in your workout? You may need some one-on-one help with our personal training program. Our fees are very affordable and we offer a wellness package that includes a nutrition guide that provides a meal plan. Contact us for more information.

Nutrition Education~

Being fit also includes a knowledge of the foods that go into your body. Did you know you don’t have to sacrifice the foods you enjoy to eat healthy? We can assist you with a nutrition routine that will give you more energy, better fitness results, and an overall healthier daily diet.
